I founded Renegade Underdogs in 2022 to help startups with technological, open source and cutting edge products or business ideas grow. Renegade Underdogs provides training, consultancy, mentoring, networking and capital support to inspire startups at early stage and contribute to their success in the market.

Altinity is the leading software and service provider for ClickHouse – an open-source column-store analytic database. I co-founded Altinity and now serve on the Board.

I am Chairman of the Board and co-founder of Ivinco, a provider of advisory and system development services that enable ultra-fast, full-text search for small and medium-sized enterprises and start-up companies.

As a co-founder and member of board, I am helping to Build FerretDB – Truly Open Source MongoDB Replacement, Powered by PostgreSQL.

I serve on the board of Sphinx Technologies Inc., a privately-held U.S. Sphinx full-text search engine developer that provides deployment, integration, production support, consulting and training, emergency assistance, sponsored feature development, and commercial licensing.
